1)Telcallers/Counselors for Study Abroad Consultants.
Job Requires
1.Advice and counsel students regarding various universities courses ,counties etc.
2.Provide information on scholarships
3.Provide Telephonic counselling inviting them to come to office for direct meeting.
4.Good communications and sales skill
5.experience in Study abroad or Immigration industry is preferred.
2) Human Resources Recruiter
To implement recruitment and selection process and responsible for coordinating all the hiring activities with the objective of attracting and identifying competent candidates, internally and externally to fill the positions requested by concerned dept. / group companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Actively involved in the implementation of recruitment polices and procedures participate in manpower planning and monitor process ef ciency in order to achieve related objectives timely.
Execute external (overseas or local) and internal recruitment process for all open positions.
Responsible for posting jobs, sourcing and screening CVs, shortlist and interview to select a most suitable candidates matching the job criteria and business needs.
Build strong CVs database to refer back for vacant position in organized, professional and accessible manners.
Follow up with hiring depts. On shortlisted CVs and interviewed/selected candidates through feedback reports on a weekly basis.
Conduct reference check for selected/offered candidates as per the policy.
Handle Clients and coordinate with them filling Thier vacancies.
Coordinate onboarding and conduct in the orientation presentation.
Analyze the turnover % comparing with past period to current in order to determine needful action with direct manager.
Regularly check and track company portal website and other job portals with respect to vacancies, job postings and applicants and update direct manager for further process.
Prepare and maintain various reports related to recruitment process such as selections, offers, joining, hiring and turnover etc. On a weekly/monthly basis. Assigning assessment tools and conducting Psychometric and practical assessments for particular positions to facilitate the selection process and accuracy.
Participate and prepare for Career fairs and other recruitment related activities.
Dealing with manpower and recruitment agencies and other concerned external parties Responsible for exit interview and analysis related to.
Skills Qualification and Skills
Graduate Degree with 5 + years of experience in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of local job market and abroad as well.
Strong MS Office skills including presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.(English and Arabic)
