The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience,

- Should possess minimum accredited Lean Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.

- Must have minimum 10 plus years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role.

- Should have good hands on HR, CX, Marketing, IT, Business Development, Governance systems etc..

- Must have good communication skills and ability to interact with external customers.

- Must have overall business process experience.
