Armada Retail Concept is seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser with a strong background in kids’ fashion and apparel retail. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create eye-catching, engaging, and commercially effective visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop creative and attractive visual displays for kids’ apparel and fashion collections.
· Plan and execute window displays, mannequin styling, in-store presentations, and seasonal concepts.
· Translate brand guidelines into engaging retail experiences.
· Ensure product presentation, colour coordination, and styling reflect brand identity and target customers.
· Execute seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and new collection launches.
· Conduct store visits to maintain visual standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with design, buying, and retail operations teams to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
· Monitor fashion trends and competitor displays to introduce innovative visual merchandising concepts.

Requirements:
· Nationality: Italian.
· 6–10 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail.
· Extensive experience in kids’ apparel, childrenswear, or children’s fashion.
· Proven ability to create imaginative, eye-catching, and commercially effective visual displays.
· Strong knowledge of window dressing, mannequin styling, colour coordination, and retail space planning.
· A creative portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects is highly preferred.
· Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills.
· Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
