WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY MANAGER
Specialization: Elevator and Component Manufacturing
Location: Kuwait | Full-time

We are seeking a Quality Manager to establish and lead the quality function for elevator and component manufacturing operations, develop inspection procedures and improve product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and develop a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.
* Implement inspection procedures for incoming materials, production stages and finished products before dispatch.
* Define quality standards and inspection plans in coordination with Engineering, Production, Installation and Maintenance teams.
* Manage non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Evaluate supplier quality and verify material and component compliance with approved specifications.
* Conduct internal audits, monitor quality indicators and report findings to management.
* Develop technical documentation and records to support certification and export requirements.
* Train teams on quality procedures and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience in quality management and quality control within elevators, electromechanical manufacturing or industrial equipment.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications and develop inspection plans.
* Experience in root cause analysis, non-conformity management and corrective actions.
* Ability to establish quality procedures and lead implementation across departments.
* Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
