WE ARE HIRING – AFTER SALES MANAGER
Specialization: Elevator and Component Technical Support
Location: Kuwait | Full-time

We are seeking an After Sales Manager to establish and lead a technical support function serving internal Installation and Maintenance teams, customers and independent installers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish technical support channels and manage support tickets through Odoo.
* Provide advanced technical assistance to Installation and Maintenance teams and diagnose complex faults.
* Support customers and independent installers with elevator and component installation, commissioning and controller programming.
* Develop and maintain installation manuals, wiring diagrams and commissioning checklists.
* Deliver technical training and coordinate with R&D, Quality and Production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve products.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
* 6–8 years or more of experience in technical support, field service or product support, preferably within elevators, MEP or industrial equipment.
* Hands-on knowledge of elevator machines, control panels, controllers and door operators.
* Ability to read wiring diagrams, diagnose faults and configure controller parameters.
* Proficiency in Arabic and English.
* Strong communication, training and troubleshooting skills; experience supporting external installers and dealers is an advantage.
