*Business Development Executive* – Consulting Services

We are a Management & HR Consulting firm seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuwait and contribute to our business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Build relationships with business owners, CEOs, and HR decision-makers.

• Promote the company's management and HR consulting services.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.

• Follow up on business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

*Requirements*

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (consulting or services preferred).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Valid Kuwait driving license.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Available to join immediately.
