We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Manager – Accounts* to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and financial controls.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, leadership abilities, and experience managing financial operations within an FMCG, distribution, or retail environment.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities:*
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Supervise accounting teams and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting procedures.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

*🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• *8–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience*, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• *FMCG industry experience is required.*
• *Arab nationals preferred.*
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, General Ledger, AP/AR, and financial controls.
• Experience in financial closing, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
