Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance.
* Experience in customer collections and account reconciliation.
* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit policies, and credit risk assessment.
* Ability to prepare aging and collection reports and analyze customer payment trends and outstanding balances.
* Good Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
* Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
* Fluency in Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
* Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
* Maintain accurate customer account records and reconcile accounts.
* Review customer credit limits and recommend adjustments when necessary.
* Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve billing and payment disputes.
* Prepare weekly and monthly aging and collection reports.
* Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
* Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
