Chocolate Chef / Chocolatier
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production of artisanal chocolates, confections, and specialised flavour development.
Expertise in tempering, molding, fillings, and high-attention-to-detail presentation.
Manage chocolate inventory, production schedules, and product quality.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven professional experience in your respective culinary discipline.
Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative team spirit.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot production needs efficiently.
