Hiring: Shelf & Space Supervisor – Zamzam Markets Group (Kuwait)

Zamzam Markets Group is hiring a Shelf & Space Supervisor to lead merchandising standards across our branches.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain category planograms, and set facing counts based on sales and margin data.
• Ensure supplier merchandisers follow the planogram, and approve any changes to product positions.
• Collect and review weekly shelf photos from all branches, and report gaps and deviations.
• Verify that shelf price labels match till prices.
• Manage premium display space (gondola ends, checkout and floor displays) and coordinate it with suppliers.
• Work with Purchasing to keep slow-moving items from occupying prime shelf space.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of merchandising experience with an FMCG distributor or supermarket in Kuwait, preferably in food.
• Hands-on knowledge of planograms, facings, and eye-level principles.
• Good Excel skills (tables and filters at minimum).
• Arabic required; English is a plus.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license and ability to move between branches.
• Transferable residency within Kuwait
