📢 We Are Hiring | Payroll & HR Operations Officer

Al Mutawa AlKazi Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Payroll & HR Operations Officer to join our Human Resources team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
🔹 Manage payroll-related activities, including allowances, deductions, overtime, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits
🔹 Handle recruitment and onboarding procedures, including new employee documentation and joining formalities
🔹 Coordinate and manage the annual employee performance appraisal process, including working with different departments to establish employee objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and follow up on evaluation cycles
🔹 Manage daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and databases
🔹 Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR administrative activities
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Kuwait Labor Law
🔹 Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports

**Qualifications & Requirements:**
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; candidates with a degree in Accounting are preferred
🔹 Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll processing, recruitment and onboarding, and performance management
🔹 Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and HR-related regulations
🔹 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting
🔹 Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken
🔹 Previous experience with the Infinity Payroll System is highly preferred
🔹 Proficiency in HR management and payroll systems
🔹 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
🔹 Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
