📍 **Location:** Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Digital & E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales growth, optimize digital platforms, and enhance customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Manage and optimize Shopify stores and e-commerce performance
🔹 Develop CRM, customer retention, and loyalty strategies
🔹 Drive online sales, conversion rates, and digital marketing performance
🔹 Oversee website enhancements, system integrations, and analytics
🔹 Support e-commerce expansion across GCC markets

**Requirements:**
🔹 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, CRM, and performance marketing
🔹 Proven track record of driving online revenue growth
🔹 Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
🔹 Excellent English communication skills
🔹 Must be currently based in Kuwait
