👤Position: SERVICE CREW – Dispatcher (Male)
📣We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Service Crew – Dispatcher to join our team!
🔻Job Requirements:
- Male, not more than 33 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and/or cloud kitchen.
- Knowledge of order dispatching, order accuracy, and food delivery coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
🔻Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure all orders are complete and properly packed before dispatch.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service crew, and delivery riders.
- Monitor order status and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
- Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
