La Plus Belle Co., Kuwait’s leading beauty and wellness group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our brands, La Plus Belle Beauty Center and Bel Elan Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
✨ Lead digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and brand communications.
✨ Plan and manage events, promotions, and brand activations.
✨ Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROMI (CLV, CAC).
✨ Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and partners to strengthen brand presence.
✨ Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
✨ Manage public relations activities, media communications, press releases, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
✔️ Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, social media, and public relations.
✔️ Proven experience in media relations, PR campaigns, and brand communications.
