Role: Female Patient Coordinator
Location: Shamael Polyclinic, Shaab Al Bahri, Kuwait

🏥 ABOUT THE ROLE:
Shamael Polyclinic is expanding! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

🩺 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Welcome and register patients and guide them to doctors.
• Explain procedures in Arabic using approved clinic info.
• Relay prescription instructions accurately.
• Bridge communication between patients and medical staff.
• Book appointments and keep schedules organized.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
• Female, fluent in Arabic (spoken & written).
• Presentable, friendly, and confident.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/clinic software).
• Good English is a plus.
• Based in Kuwait with transferable residency.
• Available for full-time rotating shifts.
* Fresh graduates welcome — training provided!

💵 SALARY & LOCATION:
• Salary: KD 250 - 350 (based on skills)
• Location: Shaab Al Bahri
