• Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to ensure the highly effective operation of the Higher Section.
• Academic Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment encouraging both academic excellence and personal growth.
• Staff Collaboration: Lead, motivate, and collaborate closely with faculty and staff to continuously enhance the educational experience.
• Community Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.

🛡️ Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant educational leadership experience.
• Education: Relevant degree with supporting certificates.
• Specialization: Strong understanding of bilingual education with a deep commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Language: Must be a native English speaker; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
