We Are Hiring – Customer Service Agent

📍 Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
* Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
* Manage customer complaints, returns, and exchanges.
* Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Delivery teams.
* Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service.
* Fluent Arabic with excellent command of the Kuwaiti dialect.
* Good command of English.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with CRM or order management systems is an advantage.
* Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency (Article 18).
