Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Boutique Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a new footwear showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the showroom team, maintaining brand standards, and achieving business targets.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in boutique, showroom, or retail management.
 Experience in footwear, fashion, luxury, premium, or lifestyle retail is highly preferred.
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 Strong experience in managing, motivating, and developing a sales team.
 Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales KPIs.
 Excellent customer-service and relationship-management skills.
 Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
 Professional appearance with a customer-focused and sales-driven approach.
 Fluent English and Arabic Experience in new showroom/store opening will be a strong advantage.
