Operation Manager - Warehouse Role Summary
Location : Kuwait
Job Type : Full time, On-Site
Work schedule : 6 days a week

Role Overview:

The Operation Manager should be experienced in 3PL, and he will oversee warehouse activities, focusing on inventory management and team leadership, with an emphasis on FMCG, particularly frozen items and high SKU volumes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control and stock levels to optimize and minimize waste.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare performance metrics and reports to management, focusing on inventory trends and SKU management.

Qualifications:
- Experience un FMCG, particularly with frozen goods and high SKU management, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Indian Candidates are preferred and should be under 45 years of age.
