We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a retail or supermarket background to lead our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounts, month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Reconcile POS sales, cashier collections, card payments and bank deposits.
• Handle supplier accounts, payments and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock costing and discrepancies.
• Control expenses, monitor profitability and maintain strong cash controls.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and supervise the accounts team.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams.
Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, FMCG or retail businesses.
• Experience managing an accounts team.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Currently based in Kuwait.
