A reputed manufacturing company in the State of Kuwait is looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant – Project & Manufacturing. Candidates must be currently available in Kuwait with a Transferable residency.

Role Purpose:
The Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant will support financial control over the project and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate project reconciliations, asset-wise tracking and capitalization, material consumption monitoring, and coordination with the costing team for product costing. This role is not limited to routine accounting entries. The candidate is expected to maintain strong control over project costs, fixed assets, inventory consumption, and manufacturing cost movements.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Professional qualification or part qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or CPA is preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience.
Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, construction project accounting, or project-based environments is preferred.
Strong experience in reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and cost control. SAP experience is strongly preferred, especially FI, MM, CO, inventory, fixed assets, and cost center reporting. Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Required Competencies:
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Good understanding of project accounting, CWIP, fixed assets, inventory, and product costing. Ability to challenge numbers and investigate variances.
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Good coordination skills with non-finance teams.
Ability to work with project, production, warehouse, procurement, engineering, and costing teams.
Control mindset with the ability to identify gaps and follow through on corrective actions. Ability to work under month-end and project deadlines.
Key Deliverables:
Accurate monthly reconciliation of project costs, advances, open POs, accruals, and commitments.
Complete and accurate asset-wise tracking and capitalization of assets.
Monthly review of material consumption and formulation variances.
Support for batch-level and product-level costing analysis.
Clean documentation and audit trail for project, asset, inventory, and costing records. Timely support for month-end closing and management reporting.
