Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in the Oil & Gas industry to analyze operational, production, and field data. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Spotfire, and data visualization, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
* Analyze operational, production, drilling, and field data
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
* Extract, filter, and analyze data using SQL
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
* Monitor production and operational KPIs and identify trends
* Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources
* Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Spotfire, or similar tools
* Identify data quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management
* Automate recurring reports and data analysis processes where required
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
* Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with Power BI, Spotfire, or similar BI tools
* Strong knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development
* Experience working with large operational datasets
* Understanding of Oil & Gas production and operational data
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
* Previous experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects
* Knowledge of drilling, production, well, or field operations data
* Experience with Oracle or other enterprise databases
* Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
* Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar Python libraries
* Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
