Bartone Cafe & Restaurant is looking for an experienced Senior PRO – Government Relations & Licensing in Kuwait.

We’re not looking for someone who only handles residency renewals. We need someone who can own the full government relations function and get things done.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

• PAM / Shoun – manpower quota, quota increases, company files & work permits
• MOI – visas, residency, transfers, renewals & cancellations
• MOCI – commercial licenses & company procedures
• Baladiya – restaurant & branch licensing
• Kuwait Fire Force – approvals & licensing• PACI & MOH procedures
• New restaurant / branch licensing from A–Z
• Government blocks, violations & suspensions
• Inspections, permits, renewals & compliance
• Employee medical, fingerprint & residency procedures

Basically, if it involves a government office, manpower quota, company file or license — you should know how to handle it.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Arabic + English – Mandatory
• Valid Kuwait Driving License – Mandatory
• Strong Kuwait PRO experience
• Restaurant experience is a big plus
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
• Salary: KD 600
