We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our Homecare Team and oversee the smooth daily coordination and execution of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily nursing operations and confirmed services
* Schedule and assign nurses according to patient requirements
* Coordinate transportation and drivers for nursing staff
* Follow up on nurses, drivers, and ongoing patient services
* Handle and promptly escalate operational incidents or issues
* Coordinate closely with Customer Service and HR
* Ensure proper staffing and coverage for all confirmed services
* Monitor operational requirements during weekends and public holidays, as homecare services operate year-round
* Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operations

Requirements
* Previous experience in homecare, healthcare operations, nursing coordination, or a related field is preferred
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* Flexible and willing to support operational needs outside regular working hours when required
