We're hiring: Warehouse Supervisor – Kuwait
We need a supervisor who runs the floor with discipline and treats stock accuracy as non-negotiable.
What you'll own
• Daily receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch across shifts
• Inventory accuracy: cycle counts, FEFO rotation, variance investigation
• Cold chain and food safety compliance (chilled, frozen, dry)
• Coordination with our 3PL transport partners on dispatch timing
• Leading and scheduling the warehouse team, including safety and housekeeping standards
• Clean, timely transactions in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
• [5+] years in warehouse operations, [2+] as a supervisor
• Food, FMCG or catering warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of HACCP / food safety standards
• Hands-on ERP/WMS use; solid Excel
• English required; Arabic is a plus
• [Valid Kuwait residency / transferable visa]
