Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial GL role
• CMA or equivalent professional qualification highly preferred
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or multi-entity organizations is an advantage
• Advanced experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and accounting standards
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
