We are looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Professional who knows fashion materials, understands quality, and knows where to source the right products in the Kuwait market.

If you have an excellent network of suppliers and the ability to identify the right fabric, trims, accessories and materials for high-end fashion production, we would love to hear from you.

✨ THE ROLE

• Source and procure premium fabrics, trims, accessories and fashion materials
• Identify the right materials based on quality, design and production requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Kuwait suppliers and international vendors
• Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Research the market and identify new and reliable suppliers
• Coordinate closely with Design, Production and Management
• Ensure materials are available on time and according to required specifications
• Monitor purchasing, orders, deliveries and material requirements
• Ensure all materials meet the standards expected of a luxury fashion brand

✨ WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✔ Proven experience in Procurement & Material Sourcing
✔ Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and supplier network
✔ Experience with fabrics, textiles, trims and fashion accessories
✔ Strong understanding of material quality and suitability
✔ Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills
✔ Experience in haute couture, luxury fashion or high-end tailoring is highly preferred
✔ Someone resourceful, well-connected and able to find the right material at the right quality and price
