HIRING – ASSISTANT OPERATIONS Manager (Local & Overseas)

Haute Couture & Luxury Fashion Industry | Kuwait

A well-established haute couture and luxury fashion brand in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager with strong knowledge of tailoring, couture production and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the tailoring/workshop
Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time
Supervise and coordinate tailors, cutters, finishers and workshop staff
Evaluate employee performance, productivity, quality and work discipline
Ensure all pieces meet the required quality and finishing standards
Monitor workflow and identify delays or production issues
Coordinate between the showroom, workshop and management
Plan and distribute daily work according to production requirements
Follow up on urgent and priority orders
Maintain smooth and efficient workshop operations
Report production progress, staff performance and operational issues to management
Help improve productivity, workflow and overall workshop efficiency

Requirements:

Previous experience in haute couture, tailoring, fashion or luxury fashion operations
Kuwait work experience preferred
Strong understanding of couture tailoring and production processes
Experience supervising workshop/production teams
Ability to assess employee performance and maintain productivity
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good communication and team-management skills
Candidates with experience in haute couture fashion houses, luxury fashion brands or couture workshops are preferred
