WE’RE HIRING – DTC & Order Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented DTC & Order Operations Specialist to manage our e-commerce order operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment from placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Shopify & marketplace orders from placement to delivery.
* Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
* Ensure daily Shopify stock availability matches Odoo.
* Monitor order fulfillment and ensure dispatch within SLA.
* Prepare daily order reports and weekly SKU movement/velocity reports.
* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams.

Requirements:

* Experience in E-commerce / Order Operations / DTC Operations.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify.
* Knowledge of Odoo/ERP systems is preferred.
* Good Excel and reporting skills.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
* Must currently be based in Kuwait.
