Requirements & Responsibilities:
Previous experience in HR coordination / administration
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Coordinate attendance, leave, and HR-related requests
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents
Coordinate with employees and management
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law is preferred
Good Arabic and English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
