What we're looking for:

- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
- Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries
- Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage
- Must have a transferable Visa 18
