Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred
• Valid Kuwait Driving License
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Technical Skills:
• Experience with Extreme, Huawei, HP and Cisco switches
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners and monitors
• Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and macOS
• Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Microsoft Office
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and LAN/WAN
• Routers, switches and network troubleshooting
• Remote desktop support tools

Minimum One Certification Required:
• CCNA Switching & Routing
• Extreme Networks Associate (ENA)
• Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA)
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• VMware Certification
• Azure Fundamentals or equivalent
• Azure Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
