Looking for an experienced and driven Multi-Unit Manager to join our growing team in Kuwait.

We’re looking for someone who can lead multiple outlets, develop high-performing teams, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple branches
• Driving sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Leading, coaching, and developing store teams
• Ensuring consistent service, quality, and brand standards
• Managing KPIs and implementing improvement plans
• Supporting new openings and business growth

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven multi-unit management experience in F&B, preferably coffee/QSR
✔️ Strong leadership and people-management skills
✔️ Commercial and operational mindset
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
