-Sales Specialist

*Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with proven sales experience and the flexibility to sell a wide range of products across different sectors and distributors. Proven sales ability and a strong track record of achieving targets is the top priority — industry background is secondary.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth across various product lines
- Negotiate with clients and close sales opportunities
- Follow up on quotations and commercial proposals to drive conversions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications
- Be open to working with different types of products and distributors, adapting quickly to new product lines
- Conduct basic market research on pricing and competitor positioning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding targets
- Strong ability to sell across different product types — adaptable and quick to learn new products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong client development and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable discussing product details with clients
- Good reporting and organizational skills

Compensation
Basic Salary: Start KWD 600
Commission: Applicable based on performance/sales achievement of the target
