📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant
📍 Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring)

Armada Retail Concept is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
🔹Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and supplier payment workflows.
🔹Develop and maintain accurate product cost sheets, including material, freight, customs, clearance, and handling costs.
🔹Analyze standard vs. actual costing and report monthly margin variances.
🔹Maintain ERP item masters, BOMs, and landed-cost templates.
🔹Validate vendor invoices against POs and GRNs.
🔹Manage domestic and international vendor payment cycles.
🔹Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve pricing, tax, and volume discrepancies.
🔹Monitor AP aging and prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts.
🔹Lead month-end activities related to AP, accruals, and inventory valuation.
🔹Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with applicable VAT, customs, and financial controls.

Required Qualifications
🔹Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
🔹5–6 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in AP and costing.
🔹Mandatory experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or apparel retail.
🔹Strong ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
🔹Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
🔹Strong knowledge of retail accounting, inventory valuation, landed costs, inventory aging, and multi-currency transactions.
🔹Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
