Location: kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics to join our team in Kuwait.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business and generate new customer accounts
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
• Handle Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transport, and Customs Clearance services
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct customer visits and follow up on business opportunities
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

🔹 Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait freight forwarding and logistics market
• Existing customer/network contacts will be an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred
