International Group of Aamina (IGA) is looking for an energetic and experienced Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Kuwait.

🔹 Position: Recruiter
📍 Location: Kuwait City
🏢 Company: International Group of Aamina (IGA)
💼 Experience: 2+ years in recruitment / manpower industry in Kuwait only

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source and shortlist candidates for recruitment requirements
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records
• Coordinate interviews, documentation and mobilization
• Handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines
• Support the team in achieving monthly recruitment targets

🔹 Requirements
✅ Previous experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy in Kuwait only
✅ Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms
✅ Candidates currently in Kuwait required
