WE ARE HIRING – HR / SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR / Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.


• Promote and sell recruitment, staffing, and manpower solutions to corporate clients.
• Understand clients’ manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up to close business deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update client and prospect information.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent client service and develop long-term business partnerships.

Requirements:

• Arab nationality preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, HR, recruitment, or manpower services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Target-oriented and confident in dealing with corporate clients.
• Valid Kuwait residency preferred.
