Gulf Spic General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. is looking for a qualified Technical Assistant for the following contract:

🔹 Contract: KNPC-CB/CPC/2154/CNSL.
🔹 Position: Technical Assistant (Arabic Speaker Mandatory).
📄 Application – Kuwait Local Transfer Candidates Only.
🔹 Basic Salary: KWD 315 🔹 F&A: KWD 50.
🔹 Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
🔹 Experience: 6 years total experience, including 4 years in the Refinery / Petrochemical Industry
🔹 Language Requirement: Proficiency in Arabic – Reading, Writing, Speaking & Typing – is required
🔹 Location: Kuwait

📌 Job Responsibilities:

The Technical Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the Consultant’s Team, including:
• Personnel and office administrative services, coordination of maintenance and repair activities for equipment and buildings. Coordination with Refinery Engineering & Services Division. Preparation and typing of routine and non-routine records and documents, including memos, faxes, guidelines and procedures. Maintaining and following up on incoming and outgoing documents and files. Proper filing and maintenance of records. Supervising and controlling archiving, printing and reproduction of technical documents/drawings. Establishing job priorities in consultation with the supervisor.
