🚨 JOB VACANCY – SENIOR PAINTER (AUTO)

📍 Location: Shuaiba Plant, Kuwait
🔧 Department: Service & Maintenance

📋 Role Overview:
Responsible for denting, surface preparation, color mixing, and painting all types of vehicles and fleet equipment to maintain standards and prepare vehicles for MOI ministry inspections.

🎯 Key Requirements:
🔹 Education: High School Diploma minimum; ITI Technical Trade Certificate preferred.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Painter.

🔹 Skills Required:
• Dent filling, surface sanding, rust/grease removal, and masking.
• Paint mixing to exact color codes, primer application, and spray gun operation.
• Applying rust-resistant undercoats, lettering/decals, and retouches.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste disposal and MSDS safety standards.
• Good communication skills (reading & writing).

🔹 Other Criteria:
• Good eyesight, color perception, and hand dexterity.
• Physically fit (lifting up to 50 kg, climbing, stooping, crouching).
• Flexible schedule (night shifts, week-offs, holidays as needed).
