*Job Summary*
The Assistant Quality Officer supports the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining day- to- day quality standards, keeping documentation and SOPs up to date, and following up directly with guests who have raised complaints. Communication is central to this role — the successful candidate spends a meaningful part of each day on the phone with guests and coordinating with staff to close out issues quickly and professionally.

Key Requirements:
* Must have really good command in Arabic and English
* Must have previous experience in Making outbound calls and customer Queries
* Very good in handling high volume calls
* Can speak in Kuwaiti Dialect
* Must be visa 18 Transferable
* Can join immediately
* Salary : 300 KWD -350KWD
