📢 We’re Hiring | HR & Administration Manager
📍 Location: Kuwait
🏢 Al Seedawi Food Industries Co. (K.S.C.C.)

We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and oversee the company’s Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operational and leadership experience, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall HR & Administration operations in line with company objectives and policies.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee performance management, training & development, employee relations, engagement, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and applicable government regulations.
• Oversee government relations and administrative services, including employee documentation, facilities, accommodation, transportation, and other administrative requirements.
• Support manpower planning and provide HR reports and workforce insights to management.
• Lead and develop the HR & Administration team and ensure efficient departmental operations.

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR & Administration experience, including managerial experience.
• Strong FMCG or food manufacturing industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Menaitech ERP.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Available to join immediately.
