🗓️ Work Schedule: 6 Days | 9 Hours Including 1-Hour Break
💰 Salary: As per Market Rate

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

✅ Minimum 5 Years of Café / Restaurant Supervision or Assistant Management Experience
✅ Diploma in Hospitality or Equivalent – Certificate Required
✅ Premium F&B experience preferred
✅ Kuwait/GCC F&B experience preferred
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Arabic is an advantage

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Supervise daily opening, closing, shift scheduling and service flow.
✔️ Lead, coach and motivate the front-of-house team.
✔️ Manage Baristas, Servers and Cashiers.
✔️ Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
✔️ Monitor stock, receive orders and minimize wastage.
✔️ Support cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily sales reporting.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
✔️ Train new employees and ensure SOP compliance.
✔️ Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
✔️ Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required.
✔️ Support in-branch promotions and events.
