A leading Delivery Company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to join our Operations Team.

🔹 Position: Delivery Operations Supervisor
🔹 Nationality: 🇧🇩 Bangladeshi Citizen – Mandatory
🔹 Experience: Previous experience in delivery/logistics operations is required
🔹 Location: Kuwait

Requirements:

✅ Must be a Bangladeshi citizen
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in delivery/logistics operations
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Experience managing and monitoring delivery drivers
✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational issues
✅ Good knowledge of English
✅ Knowledge of delivery platforms/applications is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage delivery drivers
• Monitor daily operations and driver performance
• Handle driver and operational issues
• Ensure drivers follow company and platform requirements
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance
• Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams
• Prepare and follow up on daily operational reports
