One of the famous restaurant Company is hiring Store Keeper (Restaurant & Catering Company ) as on urgent basis.



The Store Keeper supports the Store Manager in managing the daily receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies. The role ensures proper stock handling, accurate records, and compliance with company standards for hygiene, safety, and storage.

Key Responsibilities

* Receiving and checking incoming Food and Non food items against purchase orders and invoices.

* Inspect items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and damages.

* Properly arrange and store items according to storage requirements.

* Maintain FIFO/FEFO procedures for all applicable food and non food items.

* Issue Food and Non food items based on requests from Restaurants and CPK

* Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems/registers.

* Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.

* Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager about low-stock or fast-moving items.

* Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store.

* Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures at all times.

* Take monthly and periodic inventory counts.

* Minimize product damage, wastage, and expiry through proper stock rotation.

Skills & Proficiencies

* Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.

* Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles.

* Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

* Good teamwork and time-management skills.

* Knowledge of food safety and storage practices is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in a store, warehouse, or F&B environment is Must.

* Physically fit and able to handle stock and store-related activities.
