📢 Hiring: Sales Manager – Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and grow our showroom and e-commerce sales for Sanitaryware, Marble, and Doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage showroom and e-commerce sales operations.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Lead, manage, and develop the sales team.

Monitor showroom and online sales performance.

Improve customer conversion and sales results.

Manage quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.

Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Monitor sales KPIs, leads, conversion rates, and revenue.

Ensure excellent customer service across showroom and online channels.

Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.


Requirements:

5–7 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a Sales Manager / Retail Sales Manager / Showroom Manager role.

Strong experience in retail/showroom sales and e-commerce.

Experience in Sanitaryware, Marble, Doors, Tiles, Building Materials, or Interior Finishing is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.

Good knowledge of CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.

Bilingual Arabic and English.

Candidates currently based in Kuwait are preferred.
