One of the Kuwaiti-manufactured premium lubricant brands, made at a factory in Shuaiba, Kuwait — built to outperform the global majors across the sectors we compete in: oil & gas, marine, power generation, automotive, industrial manufacturing, and more.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the brand, PR, and digital strategy — and to lead an in-house team (2 graphic designers + 1 PR officer) into a genuinely AI-powered way of working.

🔹 What you'll own:

Marketing & branding strategy across B2B, B2G, and B2C
Senior-level PR with ministries, public-sector entities, and key industrial customers
Digital marketing, content, and social media
Trade shows, retail/partner activation, and export marketing support
Building the team's AI fluency across the full marketing workflow

🔹 What we're looking for:

5+ years in marketing, and 2+ years managing a team
Native Arabic, fluent English, deep familiarity with Kuwaiti culture
Strong digital marketing & social media experience
Genuine AI fluency across marketing workflows.
