📌 Small Projects Visa
📌 At least two years of experience in reception, customer service, or management
📌 Arabic language proficiency is mandatory – reading, writing and speaking
📌 Proficiency in Arabic and English
📌 Experience in electronic reservation systems and computer use
💼 Main Functions:
✔️ Reception & Customer Service Management
✔️ Answering the phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
✔️ Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedules
✔️ Coordinate classes, trainers and events
✔️ Track invoices, records and inventory
✔️ Support day-to-day operations and handle customer complaints
⏰ Opening Hours:
✔️ 8 hours a day | 6 Days a Week | Vacation
✔️ Regular Days: Attendance 10:45 a.m. | First Class 11:00 AM
✔️ Friday: Attendees 2:30 pm | First Class 3:00 PM
✔️ Timings may vary during special events and high season

✔️ Coordination and follow-up of exhibitions and events
✔️ Customer service and reply via WhatsApp and social media
✔️ Follow up on online store orders and process and deliver orders
✔️ Coordinate and display products in-store
✔️ Product photography and simple content creation
✔️ Assistance in managing social media accounts
✔️ Participation in the inventory and arrangement of the workplace
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or exhibitions
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Proficiency in the use of WhatsApp and social media
✔️ Experience in photography and content creation is preferable
✔️ Ability to organize and work under pressure
⏰ Opening Hours:
