Operations Manager Required
A company specialized in dyes and decorative materials announces its need for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise all projects and executive works and follow up on completion rates.
• Preparing operational plans and following up on project schedules.
• Manage and supervise work teams, supervisors and technicians.
• Follow-up on quality and ensure the implementation of works according to the approved specifications.
• Following up on the project needs in terms of materials and coordinating with warehouses and procurement.
Requirements:
🎓 University degree in engineering.
💼 Appropriate work experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
🏗️ Experience in contracting, paints, finishes, or maintenance companies is an advantage.
👷 Experience in managing teams and technicians.
📊 Ability to read and analyze operational and financial reports.
💻 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software and related operating systems.
📋 Ability to prepare plans, reports, and analyze performance.
🤝 He has a good ability to communicate effectively and solve problems with customers and related parties.
