Job Announcement: Indoor & Outdoor Sales Officer/Engineer
An internal and external sales engineer or sales officer is required
Place of Work: Kuwait
Tasks and Requirements:
Experience in indoor or outdoor sales, preferably in the fields of lighting, electrical, finishing, building materials, projects, furniture or decoration.
Receive customers inside the exhibition and deal with them professionally.
Searching for projects and attracting new clients through field visits.
Build and manage relationships with contractors, engineering offices, interior design firms and developers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and products.
Explain the products, prepare and follow up on quotes until the closing of trades.
Implement upselling and cross-selling processes to increase sales.
Follow up on customers, achieve sales goals, and prepare periodic reports.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A valid Kuwaiti driver's license.
Experience in the Kuwaiti market is preferred.
General Requirements:
Good appearance and commitment.
Tactful, confident, and proactive.
Strong communication skills, persuasion, and negotiation.
Proficiency in Arabic, preferably English.
Ability to work under pressure and work in a team spirit.
Job stability, learnability, and development.
